About Dr. Cortesi Dr. Gary Cortesi is a graduate of the University of Akron and Ohio State University, where he received his Dental Degree. He has been practicing all phases of general dentistry with emphasis on creating beautiful smiles for over 26 years. Dr. Cortesi stays abreast of the latest in technology through many hours of continuing education and membership in professional organizations such as: the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Akron Dental Society. He gives back to his community by volunteering his time with organizations such as: the Special Olympics, community softball teams and Dental Options, which performs dentistry for the needy and indigent families.
